Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bohemia Prints. We ship from Iceland and deliver to the EU and select countries worldwide.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Other international destinations: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control.
Customs & Duties Orders shipped outside Iceland may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at your store email and we will do our best to assist.
